Returns and Exchanges

If anything is not quite to your liking or items were received damaged-please contact us so we can make things right. We strive to make every customer happy! If you wish for a return and a refund, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page so we can arrange a return. Once the item is received unharmed we will refund your payment. If you wish for an exchange please contact us so we can work something out.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of checkout. Custom orders are not eligible for coupon codes.

Shipping

Purchases will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of payment received. Packages will arrive within 1-4 weeks from the shipment date. Expedited shipping will be shipped out within 2-7 days.

Packages will only be shipped to the address on your order. Please make sure your address is as up-to-date as possible.

Expect possible delays on all packages during holiday times.

COVID - 19 INFO : We aim to ship your package as quickly as possible. However, with delays caused by Covid, once shipped, your package may take longer to arrive.
